Head Trainer Tilo Schwarz holds degrees as Diplom-Kaufmann (GER), Master of Business Administration (USA) and sports-educationist (GER/USA) after studying at universities in Münster (GER), Montpellier (F), Gijón (ES) and Los Angeles (USA).
Tilo Schwarz gained international experience in global industry and service companies, e.g. VOLKSWAGEN, NIKE, INTERSPORT, HENKEL-ECOLAB and NOVARTIS (SANDOZ). He experienced and impacted company cultures and –processes from central and decentral functions like Human Resources, Talent Management as well as international Sales and Marketing.
Tilo completed his training- and coaching-competencies with qualifications like postgraduate studies to reach the degree of a Human Resources Psychologist in Oxford (UK) (Trainer-licencies for e.g. MBTI®, 16PF®) and a NOVARTIS-Leadership Coaching-Degree with Merca Delta (USA). Additionally he participated in workshops for strategic extension-studies and personal development in St. Gallen (CH). Tilo also designed workshop modules with executive-coaching and outdoor-elements at Ashridge Business School (UK).
